Makerspace

Includes a large metal cutting area, wood working areas, a jewelry making area, glass crafting, and more. Here is where we use wood collected from fallen trees to be make into various items such as furniture, musical instruments, crafts, sculptures, etc.

Zero waste grocery

This zero waste grocery store contains healthy, organic bulk food and products.  Areas will be found outdoors where vendors can set up tents for eco friendly products, plant based food, locally grown fruits and veggies, and more.

Entertainment Areas & Parks

This will be a large outdoor area with some covered spaces for many different purposes which gather residents and local neighbors together. Stages provide space for shows including acrobatics, fire spinning, aerial arts, and other fun live entertainment. The gardens and landscaping areas offer a safe place for people to meditate and feel at peace, while trails and hiking paths invite biking, walking, and jogging. Children and adults alike are encouraged to play together on playgrounds and nature areas. Fun activities include zip lining, adventure walks, bridges, electric ATVs, horseback riding, nature guides, and more for people to experience the magic of the land.

Organic Restaurants and cafes

The space will be leased to a restaurant who has high quality organic, local, delicious, plant-based, and world-class gourmet cuisine.

Retreat & Event Center

Festival Grounds spaces include areas for yoga, dance, meditation, sound healing, music, stages, speakers, and various types of activities.  Retreat Center areas include large open outdoor and indoor spaces for ceremonies, authentic relating, cooking, workshops, mastermind events, personal development, and healing.  The Center will be very luxurious with big windows and beautiful views of nature including a large natural swimming pool.

Amphitheater

The Amphitheater will have world renown speakers, inspirations talks, plays, performances and more. This amphitheater is inspired by Xcaret’s stadium in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, where they created their own show for Mexican cultural history over 1000’s of years since the Mayan times.  We aspire to do shows like this that inspire education on world history and regenerative living, demonstrating how the entire world's culture is culminating into the Regenerative Renaissance. The structure will have an outdoor, nature integrated design with a roof covering for the rainy days.

Sustainable and Ethical Retail Shop

Contains products made with sustainable, ethical, & natural materials. Provide sustainable retail resources such as products made of bamboo, hemp and other natural materials. Provides all the basic necessities such as biodegradable shampoo, conditioner, soap, green cleaning products, and organic food, which are bought in bulk and produce zero waste.

Elixir, Juice, & Tea Bar

Healthy drinks and herbal mixtures for healing, immunity, and vital living. It will also be a place for people to come and hang out, listen to music, and dance. This is the new paradigm version of a club, inspired by Elixart in Nevada City, CA. The Cafe will be a public place for people to co-work for free and drink healthy organic coffee and tea with a beautiful ambiance, as well as host high-vibe afterparties.

Health Center

There will be regular health screenings which include nutrient-level tests, food sensitivities, measuring hormones, heavy metals, and microbiome testing for optimal health. Residents and locals can pay a monthly or yearly membership for these benefits and more. The holistic healing recommendations are based on food, herbs, exercise, and other alternative modalities.  Contains advanced healing technology such as scalar frequency, light healing beds, ozone, PEMF, stem cell therapy, and more.

Spa & Massage

The Spa includes hot and cold tubs, clay and mud rooms, infrared sauna, steam rooms, salt rooms, massage, and more.
